I have been truly amazed at the generosity of the students at Gilbert Elementary School. Thanks to their kind hearts and generous spirits we have raised just under $800 for the American Red Cross!Last week, I witnessed a student bring in his piggy bank and donate all the coins he had saved. Several students donated part of their birthday money. Others have given up ice cream to donate money to the cause. Children have such big and caring hearts!
