Parent and teacher organizations have established Teacher Appreciation Week the first full week in May of each year.
Teacher Appreciation Week is a great time to let teachers know how they have touched you and your children’s lives. Very few professionals influence as many people as teachers do. National Teachers’ Week is a good time to learn about the contributions educators make to our community every day. Teacher Appreciation Week is an opportunity for all of us to reach out and say thanks.
