Week 27 News and Homework

Wk 27 February 27 - March 3, 2017

Welcome to our blog! Hopefully, you were guided here via this week's newsletter and homework sheet. Although we use Class Dojo and Remind, we thought it would be awesome to have a place to share information with you without bombarding your phone with texts and alerts. We want to celebrate student successes and share what they are working on in and out of class. We want to get students involved as well. So, watch for guest posts by students coming soon! Bookmark this page and check back frequently to get an inside look at what we're up to in third grade!

Reading Notes

Last week, Mr. Horne introduced nonfiction text features. We learned how these important features help us locate needed information quickly and provide further information about topics. We'll continue our work with them on through Wednesday. We will assess on nonfiction text features on Thursday. Use the booklet we made last week to help you prepare for this assessment.
