Walker County School Kindergarten Registration

Walker County Schools will hold Kindergarten Registration on April 18, 2014. Schools will need the following documentation:

• Birth Certificate
• Vision, Hearing, Dental Form 3300 (Available from the Health Dept.)
• Immunization Form 3231 (Available from the Health Dept.)
• Social Security Number
