Walker County Schools - Kindergarten Registration

Tomorrow, April 9, Gilbert Elementary will host kindergarten registration for the 2015-16 school year. We will need the following documentation:

• Birth Certificate
• Vision, Hearing, Dental Form 3300 (Available from the Health Dept.)
• Immunization Form 3231 (Available from the Health Dept.)
• Social Security Number

Walker County Schools will host its annual Kindergarten Registration event on Friday, April 12, 2013. Please contact individual schools for more information. We will need the following information in order to successfully register your child:

• Birth Certificate
• Vision, Hearing, and Dental Form 3300
• Immunization Form 3231
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Address
