Tomorrow, April 9, Gilbert Elementary will host kindergarten registration for the 2015-16 school year. We will need the following documentation:
- Birth Certificate
- Vision, Hearing, Dental Form 3300 (Available from the Health Dept.)
- Immunization Form 3231 (Available from the Health Dept.)
- Social Security Number
